Jason has been absolutely amazing to work with. I’ve had two appointments for 4 tattoos with him. My first visit was a walk in and he was very accommodating and professional while working on another client. Jason truly cares about the art, the quality of his work and the overall experience for his clients. I’ve been in the chair for hours and have had a wonderful time. I’m excited to return for the next tattoo!

Editing my review. After 9 lives saw this review they had me email them. They offered my 60 back because this was not ok for someone to do. They didn’t realize she refused to converse with me until now and proven by emails I was sent. I have been sent me a nasty email saying she purposely didn’t contact me nor refund me due to me being upset and “how I spoke” to her (in email). I have all emails trailed from both her emails. She has only told me I would now get my money back if I took down this review. 9 lives only asked me to change it to let everyone know they didn’t know the severity on how I was treated and saw the email she just sent me. 9 lives has been apologetic and willing to lose money to do the right thing. But this tattoo artist is completely unprofessional and now is in Florida so just beware. I won’t be bullied to take down a review but I will change it when the shop does the right thing and is sorry. I’m sorry my husband and I have three tattoos from her in the past It’s unfortunate and a damper on my memorial tattoos I have from her. I would like to write something positive here but I can’t. I booked an artist here who took my deposit 6 months in advance. Two weeks before my appointment they up and left for Florida. I asked for my deposit back from artist and they said they couldn’t afford to give it back to me. This was over a year ago. This place still lets her guest tattoo there when she comes back. When she came back she was to contact and make her clients she ditched a priority but I never recieved anything from this artist nor have in over a year no matter how many times I’ve contacted. I told this shop about it. They know. And still let her come tattoo when in town. I would be wary of a place knowing someone took a bunch of money, didn’t give services, didn’t let their clients know before leaving or when returned to make them a priority (especially one who was two weeks out from an appointment) and still lets them come tattoo. It seems shady. Just be wary of giving deposits here or booking an artist. I still have no resolution from the artist (independent contractor) but this place still supports them knowing what they did to people and never returning their money Editing to add the email I recieved when I told them the story. Dated 11/30/24. Over a month after my appointment was set.

As a first time tattoo-ee, this is what I imagine when I think about exceptional service. The atmosphere in the shop was welcoming and calm. Kristian did a great job explaining the tattoo and aftercare processes. He checked in with me multiple times to make sure that I was comfortable and didn't need a break. My tattoo came out absolutely amazing and I will definitely be returning.

I came to Erin specifically because I was looking for someone with a certain style and also appreciation for the project I was taking on. I searched for years and am SO HAPPY I waited until I found her. She is a dream come true. She rocked out an entire leg sleeve in 4 sessions. She is professional, collaborative, and takes very good care to maintain a clean environment and a healthy healing process. You feel like you're chatting with an old friend. On my other tattoos elsewhere I've just popped in headphones and gone to my happy place, but I enjoy her company too much to zone out here. (Plus they always have the best music playing). You can tell that everyone at 9 Lives loves what they do and take pride in their work. I will never go anywhere else again. Keep doing your thing, I'll keep coming back. I've got plenty of real estate still 😉
